Definitions
The Company: The Company Shed Limited, 37 School Road Tai Tapu, PO Box 162 7645 Canterbury
The Buyer/Customer: The purchaser of products from The Company Shed Limited.

By placing an order with The Company Shed you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us before placing an order.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the New Zealand and are governed by New Zealand law.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by The Company Shed LTD. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a replacement or refund.

Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986

Conditions
A Contract between the customer and The Company Shed Limited for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched (at which point the buyers credit card/account will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged at delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen - please refer to our returns policy under the shipping section. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the relevant delivery charges also in the shipping section on our website.

Goods at all times remain the property of The Company Shed until payment has been received and cleared in full.
The Company Shed offers a 30-day warranty on all products unless otherwise advertised or stated

All products are advertised subject to availability.

The Company Shed reserves the right to charge carriage fees to the buyer in the returning/dispatching of goods.

All prices published include GST at 15%. Prices listed on The Company Shed website, emailed offers and authorised external advertising are issued as guidelines only and do not constitute an offer to supply. In all cases Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of The Company Shed Limited.
