We deliver throughout New Zealand using Aramex Couriers and NZ Post. All items are well wrapped, boxed and then couriered to you within 2-3 working days. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for Rural Delivery.
We currently do not ship to any destination outside of New Zealand, but are happy to talk to you should you have a special overseas requirement.
Order pickups are available from our store in Riverside Lance – central Christchurch daily from 10am – 4pm.
Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if you’re billing address was entered incorrectly.
Shipping costs will be calculated on your order, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details. The Freight Cost is determined by the total $$ value of your order, where you order is a small item with a high $$$ value, we will be in touch should we need to issue a freight refund.
Orders are subject to availability and where an item is out of stock we will contact you & give you the option to place it on back order or cancel your order. Should part of your order be out of stock we will notify you, this does not give you the right to cancel the remained of your order.
Desptach & Delivery
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of payment. Any time or date for delivery given by us is an estimate only and we will not accept liability for any loss or damage or any consequential loss arising directly or indirectly from delay in delivery however caused.
Unless otherwise agreed we may deliver by installments. Any delay, default or non-delivery in respect of any installment will not entitle you to cancel the remainder of the order.
The final method of despatch for all orders shall be at our discretion.
Goods are not sold on a trial basis. You must give us prior notice of your intention to return any Goods.
Upon delivery, you have the right to open the delivery packaging in order to inspect the Goods but not to remove the manufacturers display packaging. You then have 7 days from the delivery date when you may cancel your order and a further 7 days in which to return any unopened goods - provided they remain in the condition in which they were delivered. You will be liable for the cost of their return.
If the manufacturers display packaging has been opened and or the Goods have been used then Goods cannot be returned as they are now deemed to have been used.
If we determine that any returned Goods are resalable, we will refund any monies due to you less reasonable coasts and as soon as reasonably possible. We regret we cannot refund the cost of the original postage and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund monies for Goods bought in error that are not resalable.
